Migration law provides a significant protection framework applying equally to all migrants and protects all civil, political, economic, social and cultural rights. This specified school of Law provides legal protection to particular groups for establishing obligations which states are bound to respect, protect and fulfil including fulfilling specific treaty instruments. Millions of migrants are facing significant human rights protection gaps, for example, the growing number of migrants are a direct victim of climate change, impacted by food insecurity, acute economic crises, and many more. The immigrants are also lacking access to fundamental rights such as health, education or family; moreover, facing abuse, violence and exploitation as they move and stay; and migrants seeking protection from other serious human rights violations.
